Demre is located 150 km from Antalya. Here is the city of Mira. Demre is considered the birthplace of St. Nicholas. Here you can see and feel all the delights of a beach holiday.
St. Nicholas Church
Built in the 4th century. It is currently used as a museum.
City of the World
Located 3 km from Demre. It is considered a religious center. There is an open-air museum here. The amphitheater is well preserved.
Kekova Island
In the 2nd century, the city of Kekova was flooded by an earthquake.
Simena Fortress
Located opposite Kekova Island. Inside is a theater from the Roman period. It accommodates about 400 people.
