All services made through the MyStambul.com page adhere to the booking rules. All cancellations and changes are subject to the service agreement accepted by our users at the time of booking and included in the agreement.
At all stages of the services received from the MyStambul.com page, you must contact MyStambul Ltd. Therefore, cancellation or change requests must be notified to us in writing by the person making the reservation. In this case, the cancellation and change fee will be charged to the customer in accordance with the rules. As the vacation start date approaches, payments may increase and reach 100% of the payment. Depending on the rules of the institution (hotels, villas, etc.), the client is also obliged to pay an additional fee to HalalBooking.
Payments made with a debit or credit card may be subject to a charge of up to 2.9% of the total amount charged. These payments are communicated to the client in response to written messages sent to us.
